Barry Haines started with us on 1st June 2016 following a handover period with Judith Wynne.
He comes from a varied background with both commercial and third sector experience. Barry qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1998 and brings to Age Connects experience across many functional departments. He commented ‘I am keen to promote the needs of older people by working holistically with both statutory bodies and partner agencies. The five themes of ‘Ageing Well in Wales’ is key to ensuring older vulnerable people maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives. In this I will work tirelessly to ensure Age Connects (NWC) plays its part in fulfilling these needs’.
Our new Chief Executive and part of the team at the launch of the Older People’s Commissioner for Wales ‘Impact and Reach Report’ in Llandudno.
