Donate and help make a real difference to the lives of older people in Conwy and Denbighshire.
We’re committed to being one of the most caring charities in Wales, but as a small charity we are reliant on voluntary donations to power our work.
We provide phone support, face-to-face home visits, advice sessions in a village halls and community centres, as well as training and support for our volunteers.
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, Age Connects NWC continued doing all that was possible to support older people throughout Conwy and Denbighshire. Our staff and volunteers adapted to continue our regular services without interruption throughout lockdown. In addition, we supported those living alone, away from family, with day-to-day help delivering groceries and prescriptions, walking dogs, making befriending calls and more. We sent out weekly newsletters to thousands of older people (who were not accessing the internet), giving them information on everything from how to get local grocers to deliver to Public Health Wales updates on the pandemic.
We are grateful for any contribution that you can make and be assured all donations made will go towards helping older people locally to maintain their independence.
100% of donations are spent helping older people in Conwy and Denbighshire.
