Age Connects NWC Home Life service has a holistic approach to supporting people to live in their own home for as long as possible. Support will be tailor made to the requirements of each person.
We take pride in knowing that our main focus is the needs of our clients!
This is a social enterprise service, so there will be a fee applied which will
be discussed with each person.
We are a small friendly team, providing support to people over 50 who live at home, in the Denbighshire and Conwy area, offering many ways to help including:
- Take you out shopping, or take your list and shop for you.
- Accompany you out for lunch, or give a helping hand to make a light meal at home.
- Befriending and companionship, we can pop the kettle on and have a natter.
- Help with those tasks you can’t manage anymore, small loads of ironing, washing and folding.
- Pop the hoover around or a bit of light dusting.
- Collect prescriptions and accompany you to appointments.
- Assist you and point you in the right direction for external services.
- We will even take your dog for a short walk.
All your requirements can be discussed, and we will work with you to decide on the best approach.
